Skyline Systemworks builds and sells custom gaming PCs, professional workstations, servers, specialized computing systems, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, photographs, availability, and other information are accurate. However, errors, omissions, manufacturer revisions, or availability changes may occur.

Skyline Systemworks reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies, update product information, or cancel an order affected by a material pricing or listing error.

Component availability may change due to manufacturer availability, supply conditions, product discontinuation, or other factors outside our control.

If a listed component becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Skyline Systemworks may contact the customer to discuss an equivalent or suitable replacement.

For custom systems or systems built to a supplied BOM, RFQ, or specification, material substitutions that affect the quoted specification will not be made without customer approval where such approval is reasonably required.

Custom-Built Systems

Many Skyline Systemworks gaming PCs, workstations, servers, and specialized systems are built or configured to order.

Because custom systems are prepared specifically for each customer:

• custom orders may become non-cancellable once parts have been ordered, allocated, or assembly has begun

• custom-built systems may not be eligible for return once assembly has begun

• changes requested after procurement or assembly begins may result in additional charges or delays

• customers should contact Skyline Systemworks as soon as possible if an order needs to be modified or cancelled

Additional terms regarding cancellations, returns, and non-returnable items are provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Systems that arrive damaged or experience a covered hardware defect will be handled under the applicable Shipping & Returns and Warranty policies.

Quotes, RFQs, and Custom Specifications

Quotes provided by Skyline Systemworks are based on the specifications, quantities, availability, pricing, and other requirements known at the time the quote is prepared.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation does not guarantee component availability until the order is accepted and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Quoted component pricing and availability may change before an order is accepted.

For systems built from customer-provided specifications, BOMs, or RFQs, Skyline Systemworks will make reasonable efforts to identify compatible components and meet the stated requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final quoted configuration before purchase.

Any special commercial payment terms, procurement requirements, delivery requirements, or project-specific conditions stated in an accepted written quotation or agreement will control over conflicting general website terms for that specific transaction.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• credit cards

• debit cards

• PayPal

• Affirm financing

• Afterpay

• other payment methods offered through the website or by written agreement

Available payment methods may vary depending on the order type, transaction amount, customer, or payment provider.

Skyline Systemworks does not directly store complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Financing and deferred-payment services are subject to the eligibility requirements, terms, approval processes, and privacy policies of the applicable provider.

For custom commercial orders, workstations, servers, RFQs, or other specialized systems, different payment terms may be specified in the applicable quotation or invoice.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, freight charges, customs charges, duties, or other transaction-specific fees.

Applicable sales tax and other charges may be calculated during checkout or included in a custom quotation.

Shipping and Delivery

Skyline Systemworks offers free standard shipping within the United States on eligible gaming PC systems unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges and methods for professional workstations, servers, specialized systems, oversized shipments, high-value shipments, Canadian orders, and other custom orders may vary.

Estimated build, processing, or delivery times are estimates unless Skyline Systemworks expressly guarantees a specific date in writing.

Shipping estimates may be affected by component availability, order volume, system configuration, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances.

For consumer Internet orders, federal rules generally require sellers to have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipping timeframe and to address delays appropriately if that timeframe cannot be met.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, restocking fees, non-returnable products, and Return Merchandise Authorization requirements are governed by the Skyline Systemworks Shipping & Returns Policy.

Custom-built systems, special-order products, and other products specifically procured or configured for a customer may be subject to different cancellation and return restrictions than standard merchandise.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by the Skyline Systemworks Warranty Policy applicable to the purchased system or product.

Optional extended warranty coverage may be available on eligible systems.

The terms, duration, covered failures, exclusions, and warranty-service procedure are described in the applicable warranty documentation. Federal law imposes specific disclosure requirements on written consumer-product warranties, including clarity about coverage and limitations.

Customer Modifications and Upgrades

Skyline Systemworks systems may allow customers to install compatible hardware upgrades such as storage devices, memory, graphics cards, expansion cards, or other components.

Installing third-party hardware, performing upgrades, or obtaining third-party repair service does not by itself automatically void all warranty coverage.

However, Skyline Systemworks is not responsible for damage, failure, or additional repair costs caused by:

• improper installation or removal of hardware

• incompatible components

• electrical damage caused by customer-installed hardware

• physical damage to connectors, sockets, circuit boards, or other components

• improperly modified cooling systems, wiring, firmware, or power configurations

• misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications that cause the claimed failure

Warranty coverage may be denied for the specific damage or failure caused by such modification or installation.

Customers are responsible for verifying component compatibility before performing upgrades.

Software and Data

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Skyline Systemworks does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party software application, operating system configuration, driver, plug-in, workload, or future software release.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

Skyline Systemworks is not responsible for loss of customer data except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customers sending a system for service should back up important files whenever reasonably possible before shipment.

Third-Party Services

Skyline Systemworks uses third-party services to operate portions of the website, process transactions, provide financing, fulfill certain products, perform analytics, or provide other business services.

These services may include:

• payment processors

• financing providers

• shipping carriers

• fulfillment providers

• analytics or marketing services

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Skyline Systemworks is not responsible for the independent actions, availability, or policies of third-party providers except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Third-Party Products and Manufacturer Warranties

Some components or products sold by Skyline Systemworks may also carry warranties provided by their original manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from any warranty provided directly by Skyline Systemworks and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.

Limitation of Liability
